We have assembled a management team of outstanding oil and gas industry professionals with extensive operational, drilling/production and property acquisition/divesture experience.

Our strategic relationship with Chet Morrison Contractors, LLC, a major Gulf Coast facilities fabricator, pipeline installer and diving contractor, gives us a unique advantage in today's market for these services. Timing to first production is critical to maximize the rate of return.

Rooster operates 18 producing platforms (4.9MB pdf) acquired since November 2006 in the Federal waters of the Gulf of Mexico, as well as several costal facilities in the South Louisiana area. Notable achievements from these acquisitions:

Recently returned three fields to production, two that had sustained serious damage from Hurricane Katrina and one that had not produced for the last three years due to a paraffin plugged pipeline. Together these projects are back on line producing an aggregate 1150 BOPD and 6.0 MMCFD.

Laying new "gas lift" line to previously shut in field in the coastal waters of Louisiana. Anticipate production to commence prior to January 1, 2008 at rates exceeding 100 BOPD.

Other activity is currently planned to exploit our large inventory of good production enhancement projects.

By controlling operations of its properties, the company is able to better manage expenses, capital allocation, timing and other critical aspects of assent development and exploitation.
